Josiah Lamb is a Forensic Accountant at WayPoint, Inc.  Josiah has over 18 years of experience as an auditor, attorney and forensic accountant. He has more than 13 years of experience as a litigation consultant, expert witness, forensic accountant and fraud investigator.

Josiah focuses his forensic accounting practice on complex corporate investigations (including embezzlement, employee theft, vendor fraud, and whistleblower claims), global bribery and anti-corruption (including the FCPA and UK Bribery Act), anti-money laundering compliance and investigations, litigation support (including bankruptcy matters) and expert witness testimony.

Josiah has an active CPA license in Wisconsin and an inactive CPA license in the state of Minnesota. Mr. Lamb became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2008. He is also admitted to practice law in Minnesota and before the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.

Josiah has worked on behalf of Special Committees of the Board of Directors advising them on complex accounting investigations and the application of GAAP; global bribery and anti-corruption matters, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

While a forensic accountant at the F.B.I., Josiah worked on large white-collar criminal matters, including Ponzi schemes, mortgage fraud, health care fraud, investment fraud, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering cases. 

Josiah is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and before the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
